How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Sorryaway Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Sorryaway Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Sorryaway Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@sorryaway.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
